The lessons of Feldenkrais are gentle and easy, and aim to improve the way you move while removing any pain or discomfort you may be experiencing in everyday life.
Feldenkrais Method - Bones for Life
Based on the Feldenkrais Method, our Bones for Life course is designed to help you generate and maintain bone health. Each session offers safe weight-bearing challenges to build healthy bones. People who are limited in movement or vulnerable to injury or pain are welcome to participate.
Hatha Yoga
Through breathing and concentration, the Hatha Yoga course teaches you to harmonise the body and mind.
Pilates
Focusing on core strength and toning, the Pilates course will improve your posture and give you greater flexibility. Both beginner and level 2 courses available.
